L’Oréal True Match Radiant Serum Concealer Review: Hydrating and Affordable

Hello lovely readers! It’s been a hot minute! I did not post at all last month. The end of the year has gone by so quickly. I recently tried the L’Oréal True Match Radiant Serum Concealer and loved it, so I wanted to share my thoughts.

Light N2 is the shade I used

I was a fan of the L’Oréal True Match foundation for many years and used it on and off when I was younger. I loved the runny liquid formula that blended seamlessly into my skin. L’Oréal True Match foundation has since relaunched and now offers many more shade choices. Unfortunately, I have not yet tried it since the relaunch, but I plan to eventually! I am about a year late to the game since the launch of the L’Oréal True Match Radiant Serum Concealer. I finally gave it a go a few months ago, and I loved it from the first try.

The L’Oréal True Match Radiant Serum Concealer has an average consistency for a concealer, and provides light to medium coverage. It contains brightening caffeine and moisturizing hyaluronic acid serum. Extra serum is very helpful to me now that I am in my mid-thirties. This concealer blends so easily and gives me a smooth, hydrated finish. It is never cakey, and it could be worn alone on a light makeup day. I normally wear it under foundation. Lately I have been alternating between the NYX Bare With Me Blur foundation and the Yensa Super Serum Silk Foundation. Both of these foundations have quite different finishes, one being matte and the other more dewy. Both work very well layered over the L’Oréal True Match Radiant Serum Concealer.

I love this concealer’s large triangular applicator. It makes applying the product directly to my skin easy. I then blend it in using a beauty sponge. This concealer doesn’t settle into fine lines under my eyes. It is also very affordable, at less than $15 CAD for 10 ml. It is not the cheapest drugstore concealer, but in my opinion it is well worth the price. In fact, I have already repurchased it!

What makeup products have you been loving lately? Wishing everyone a peaceful and relaxing holiday season. Thanks for reading!
