Hello everyone! I received a travel sized sample of the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Full Coverage Concealer in my December Ipsy bag. I’ve never heard of the brand before, and I’ve never tried a full coverage concealer. The verdict? I’m really loving it!
